Fictitious Project Revision

After receiving feedback from my instructor, I revisited my Reel Deal Tacos website and revised it. I made a few tweaks here and there but also made some major changes. Below are brief explanations of 3 major elements I changed on the site as well as before and after images.

1. The Navigation Bar

The first major change I made was to the navigation bar. The coloring didn’t match the rest of the site and it appeared as if the first selection was not an option. So, I changed it to Reel Deal’s signature blue to make it more readable.

2. The Menu

The second major change I made was to the menu. Originally, I had it in a list format. It was organized, but a little boring. So, I took the images at the bottom and put them with their corresponding menu item. That way it makes it more attractive and you get a preview of what the items will look like when you order it.

3. Testimonials

Finally, I put some testimonials at the bottoms of some of the pages. I originally only had them on a testimonials page (which is still there) but now I have a few above the footer of some pages. I did this to give rest of the site more credibility and to spread them out a bit. (The images below are an example of the menu page testimonial.)
